Did you know that your business has a soul?
And that when you communicate with it on its own terms, it reveals its values to you.
These values are the templates of the story it wants to tell.
Attuning to the (evolving) soul-based values of your business allows in clarity, ease and true creative collaboration.
And of course, abundance - a whole new, holistic experience of it.
What I’ve described above is a brief overview of decolonizing business, and inviting in the empowering aliveness of an animistic approach.
In my experience, the life-affirming soul of an enterprise is not interested in having its energy exploited, or in exploiting + draining the energy of the people it channels itself through into the world.
And it’s certainly not interested in exploiting the energy of the Earth - which it knows itself to be inextricably connected to and dependent upon.
It’s from here that we can begin to envision, create and propagate a new, sustainable paradigm of abundance - one that has evolved out of the colonial structures of power over and into the Earth-human focused vision of power with.
